Structure Concept:

The structure of the project is concrete columns with concrete slabs for the flooring. The use of concrete beams is also used to help support the concrete slabs. The beams supporting the second floor are 2’0 and the beams on the two upper levels are 1’0 since less loads act on them. The use of concrete beams also allows to bring the curtail wall of the second and third floor farther out and keeps the floors free plan. The detail section is taken from the northwest portion of the project, the only part of the project that the columns remain uniform throughout all the levels. Most of the project uses column support up to the first floor ceiling and the second and third floor’s curtail wall extend farther out.
